orinna qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2000 from the University of Wales, College of Medicine (now part of Cardiff University) in Cardiff, Wales.
he is a registered member of the British Association of Occupational Therapists (BAOT) and the College of Occupational Therapists Specialist Section for Independent Practice (COTSS-IP).
he is registered to work in the UK’s through the Health and Care Professions Council and in the Republic of Ireland through the Department of Health & Children of Ireland and the Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland.
Managing and developing the Occupational Therapy service within Trauma and Orthopaedics; to ensure evidence-based, efficient and effective practice
Developing and piloting a 7-day service for the Occupational Therapy department
Application of the Canadian Model of Occupational Performance to Occupational Therapy practice and evaluation of outcomes
Developing multi-disciplinary musculo–skeletal pathways
(Continuing professional development) lead within the team
Delivering an OT service to patients on the Enhanced Recovery programme
Developing a multi-disciplinary “Basic Needs Equipment” policy to facilitate timely discharges from hospital.

Corinna is currently Secretary for the Northern Ireland BAOT Regional committee.
Corinna is married with two kids. In her free time, she enjoys latin dancing, reading and exploring the beautiful lakes and coastline of Fermanagh and the north west of Ireland.
