An Occupational Therapist can assist by:
- assessing your daily routine and how you carry out your activities
- assessing your function at different times of the day
- assessing your home environment
- drawing up an energy conservation plan which will detail the best way to carry out activities, when to carry them out as well as changes to your home environment which may assist with energy conservation.
The aim is to maximise your independence without aggravating your fatigue. Together we will work towards building you a better quality of life.
